Peer Support Workers
and
Case Managers
to join our team, supporting people from
Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CALD)
backgrounds who are experiencing mental health challenges.

Multicultural Minds
works alongside people from CALD backgrounds across the
Cairns and Hinterland Hospital and Health Service
region who are living with
severe mental illness and/or problematic substance use
.

About The Role
As part of our passionate and supportive team, you will:

  • Walk alongside people on their recovery journey
  • Facilitate one-to-one and group education/support sessions
  • Share knowledge of local services and connect people with the right supports
  • Contribute to a collaborative and inclusive team culture where your voice is valued
