The Organisation
Our client is a fast-growing global consultancy business who helps leading brands transform their supply chains — designing smarter networks, optimising logistics, and delivering advanced, automated facilities.

Rooted in the Asia-Pacific region and expanding across North America and Europe, the firm offers a dynamic, growth-oriented environment where people can work on diverse, high-profile projects and see tangible results from their work.

The Role
Given their recent growth trajectory, the business are looking to bring their payroll in-house for the first time, which would see you reporting into the Financial Controller and working closely with their Financial Accountant + outsourced service provider to build internal processes and begin to run payroll in a standalone role with scope for growth within the role to occur long term, in line with businesses growth.

Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accuracy and compliance while delivering excellent service to employees and stakeholders. Your key duties will include:

• Processing fortnightly & monthly payroll globally for 150 employees.

• Prepare overseas payroll and liaise with outsourced provider ADP across the US, Europe, UK & Asia.

• Calculating and processing pay adjustments, new starter setups, and termination payments.

• Performing month-end payroll reconciliations and journal entries.

• Managing payroll tax, superannuation, deductions, workcover etc.

• Providing payroll-related data and reports to external parties as required.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Hands-on experience in an end-to-end payroll processing role.

• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to self-review.

• Ability to stay up to date with relevant changes in payroll legislation.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-focused mindset.

• Exposure to global payroll processing, liaising with an outsourced provider to do so, also advantageous but not essential.

• Previous experience processing payroll within Xero would be advantageous but is not essential.

What They Can Offer

• A brand new, state-of-the-art office facility with full amenities.

• A supportive, collaborative and family-like workplace.

• Located nearby to various cafes, restaurants, bars and only a short travel from the CBD on public transport.

• The chance to play a key role in shaping and improving payroll processes in a growing business.

• Conveniently located on-site car park, making it easy to travel in and out of work.

If you are a detail-oriented payroll professional seeking a new challenge in an environment that would be highly supportive, we'd love to hear from you
