What you'll love about the role
Working with our other full time corporate receptionist, be the first point of contact you will actively contribute to a positive customer experience, while providing both regular and ad-hoc administrative support to the People & Capability team.
Based in our spectacular offices at Brisbane Quarter (300 George St), your working hours are 8:30am to 5:00pm (or 7:30am to 4.00 pm via roster), Monday to Friday – no weekend work required
Key responsibilities include:
- Answer all calls promptly and transfer to the appropriate department using the Genesys phone system (less than 1 hour of your day)
- Greet visitors and assist them with signing in, creating a professional and welcoming first impression.
- Being an integral part of our wider people and capability team to support our team at NTI with a significant portion of your time spent on people and capability administration support. This is where you will spend the majority of your working day.
What you bring
- You have a customer-focused mindset and a passion for delivering excellent service.
- You have strong communication skills, with a professional and approachable manner.
- You are highly organised and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- You are proactive and adaptable, ready to anticipate needs and solve problems.
- You are comfortable using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Please note that this is an office-based position and no work from home arrangement will be available due to the requirement to attend the reception desk to receive deliveries, visitors etc.
