Where you will be working…Our client proudly holds the largest privately owned shopping centre portfolio in Australia. What you will be doing…
You will be a valued member of this team and be the backbone of the office. Duties will include:
- All things front of house - Incoming calls and taking messages, updating contact details, and managing all correspondence (email, letters, packages etc.)
- Showcasing your strong communication skills over the phone
- Warmly greet all clients in a professional and enthusiastic manner
- Managing and ordering office and kitchen supplies
- Assisting contractors with safety inductions and enquiries
- Booking and setting up boardrooms, arranging catering
- Social calendar Think staff birthdays, Christmas, and assisting with company corporate events
- Office archiving and general filing

Do you have what it takes…
To succeed in this role, you will be motivated, proactive and organised. You will have a minimum of 1-2 years' experience performing in a reception / administrative environment and pride yourself on delivering an exceptional customer service experience.
