About the role (Multiple Positions Full time/Part time)

We are seeking passionate and customer-focused Front of House Receptionists to join our dynamic guest service team at ATRIA Wellness Club in Brisbane. As a Front of House Receptionist, you will be the face of our facility, providing an exceptional experience for our members from the moment they arrive. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the success of this one of a kind corporate wellness facility.

What you'll be doing

  • Greeting and welcoming members in a friendly and professional manner
  • Wellness Club tours and signing-up new members
  • Handling member enquiries, requests, and complaints with empathy and professionalism
  • Manage daily transactions including POS and card payments
  • Providing information about ATRIA's facilities, services, and membership
  • Maintaining a clean and organised front desk area
  • Ensuring excellent customer service is delivered at all times
  • Assist the ATRIA Management team with Rooftop Fitness and Wellness Events

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a similar front-of-house or customer service role within the fitness/hospitality industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with members of all backgrounds
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Proficient in use of IT including Microsoft 365 other relevant technology
  • A positive, energetic, and adaptable attitude
  • An interest in fitness, wellness and living a healthy lifestyle
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Optional: Cert 3 in Fitness and group fitness qualifications such a Pilates, Yoga or Boxing
