Corporate Receptionist
to be the face of our branch, ensuring smooth front desk operations and providing vital administrative support. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and love being the go-to person for all things office-related, we'd love to hear from you

What You'll Be Doing:
Reception Duties

  • Be the first point of contact: Answer and direct calls as part of our shared national phone system
  • Welcome visitors with a warm smile and professional demeanour
  • Coordinate postal and courier services to keep things moving
  • Handle daily banking activities with precision
  • Maintain the visitor log book for a seamless experience
  • Provide backup support to the Operations Co-ordinator as needed

Administrative Support

  • Keep our meeting rooms and office spaces in top shape
  • Assist in client meetings to ensure everything runs smoothly
  • Manage the office mailbox and ensure timely responses
  • Book travel arrangements and manage access cards, including quarterly reconciliations
  • Maintain and replenish stationery and office supplies
  • Coordinate catering and support branch events to create memorable experiences

  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal

  • Tech-savviness - strong computer literacy to ensure accuracy in documentation and internal procedures
