About the Role
This newly created role is perfect for a strategic Growth Agency Partner Manager to drive success in digital marketing and SaaS. You'll recruit, manage, and expand partnerships with SMB Digital Marketing Agencies to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and manage SMB Digital Marketing Agency partners.
- Drive joint go-to-market strategies and customer acquisition.
- Develop training, enablement materials, and improve partner engagement.
- Work cross-functionally to support customer success.
- Analyze performance metrics to optimize strategies.
What You'll Bring
- 5+ years in partnerships/business development (SaaS or tech preferred).
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on growth and success.
- Have knowledge of martech solutions and worked in the marketing agency ecosystem
