Project Development Manager
to join their team and support the delivery of nationally significant infrastructure projects. This is a senior, high-impact role within a well-established development team that has successfully delivered landmark PPP projects across Australia. This includes oversight of bid management, technical, commercial, and financial streams, while ensuring strategic objectives, budgets, and governance requirements are achieved.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and managing bid budgets, schedules, and internal approval papers.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients (including government), advisors, and consortium partners.
  • Supporting business development, pre-teaming discussions, and positioning for future PPP and infrastructure opportunities.

Ideal Candidate

  • 10+ years post-graduate project management experience in construction or infrastructure.
  • 5+ years of direct experience managing PPP or project-financed greenfield infrastructure bids.
  • Strong understanding of PPP procurement frameworks, commercial structures, and project finance models.
  • Prior exposure to complex bid environments, including construction and operations sector involvement.
  • Advanced project management, commercial, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline (post-graduate study in Finance, Business or Law highly regarded).
