About Us
No to Violence is Australia's peak body for individuals and organisations that work with men that use violence. We provide training, sector development and policy advice and advocacy on behalf of members. We operate the Men's Referral Service, providing a counselling service and referral pathways directly to men who use violence. As a pro-feminist organisation, women and children are at the centre of what we do - by ending men's use of family violence, families, individuals, and communities are safer.

We are seeking a relationship driven Growth and Partnerships Lead to identify, engage, and secure new client partnerships for our family violence training and practice advisory services nationally.
This is a unique opportunity to expand the reach and impact of family violence training and practice advisory services - working across the family violence sector as well as with corporate, community, and government partners.
You will lead the strategy, planning, and implementation of external business development activities to generate new revenue streams and partnerships that create meaningful social change.
To achieve this you will:
- Develop and deliver NTV's training and practice advisory services business development and partnerships strategy
- Identify new opportunities across government, corporate, and community sectors
- Build and manage relationships with key decision-makers and partners
- Lead tender, grant, and proposal development to secure new opportunities
- Design and deliver events and engagement activities alongside our Events team members to expand NTV's visibility
- Collaborate across teams to ensure services meet client needs and sector demand
About You
We're looking for someone who brings:
- An understanding of the family violence sector, gender equity, or related social impact work (highly desirable)
- Proven experience in business development, client acquisition, or income generation (ideally in training, consultancy, or the family violence/community sector)
- Strong skills in stakeholder engagement, networking, and relationship management
- Experience preparing high-quality proposals, tenders, or grant submissions
- Strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and the ability to identify and act on new opportunities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentations
