About the Role :

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Salesperson to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing sales for both Supply only and Supply & Installation. You will be the key contact for clients, providing tailored solutions, organising quotes, and ensuring a smooth transition from enquiry to delivery.

The responsibility of role includes and is not limited to:

  • Manage and convert leads into sales across both supply-only and supply-and-install services
  • Conduct site visits as required to assess project needs and installation requirements
  • Organise detailed quotations and product recommendations based on customer requirements
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, homeowners, and commercial clients
  • Collaborate with internal departments including estimation, production, installation, and administration
  • Meet sales targets and contribute to ongoing business development initiatives
  • Ensure product knowledge is up to date to provide accurate and helpful information.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience, ideally within the building and manufacturing industry
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with aluminium windows and doors is essential
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to absorb technical information quickly.
  • Self-motivated with strong time management and organisational abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
