Teco Australia are a truly diversified global company employing over 14,000 people across 6 sectors. In Australia we operate two business units, one in industrial electrical equipment and the other in retail consumer goods. 

As the External Sales Reps, you are responsible for nurturing and expanding client relationships to drive revenue growth. This position focuses on understanding customer needs, delivering tailored solutions, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. This position is based within our VIC Office in Bayswater. Your territory will be in Victoria - Metro + Regional.

This position reports directly to the National Sales Manager - Retail.

Here are some of your responsibilities:

  • Increasing sales and representation to the Retail Whitegoods & Consumer Goods Industry to achieve sales and profit targets.
  • Identify additional sales accounts to service geographical distribution gaps.
  • Grow relationships with a wide circle of volume end users to specifically allow better feedback of customer wants and needs.
  • Contribute forecast and new product analysis.

  • Have a professional and efficient manner and be Pro-active
  • Hunger for sales, a born hunter.
  • Able to build a strong rapport

To be qualify for this role, you need:

  • Sound and thorough product knowledge
  • Retail or similar industrial equipment experience highly regarded.
  • Computer literate, proficiency in MS Office
  • At least 3-year experience within the Consumer Goods industry is a preference.
