Currently, we maintain warehouses in Sydney, Melbourne, and Queensland to support our operations and meet our clients' needs effectively.

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are looking for motivated and driven people to join our Melbourne warehouse, to support our ongoing growth. Your main responsibilities will include:

Applicants must be Australian citizens or permanent residents.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Outstanding track record in sales.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in B2B.
  • Strong adaptability and a drive to gain extensive knowledge of timber products and industries, with necessary support.
  • Identifying new customers and business opportunities, while maintaining existing customer relationships.
  • Building strong and effective working relationships.
  • Team player attitude who will "jump in" and help the team meet its objectives
  • Capable of working independently and remotely as needed.
  • Willingness to travel within the Melbourne metro area and occasionally interstate for client meetings
  • A current Australian driver's license is a necessity.
  • Minimum Year 12 completion or equivalent qualification.

TASK &RESPONSIBILITIESS:

  • Pursue new customers and business opportunities, and optimise sales potential.
  • Develop and sustain robust relationships with key clients.
  • Assist customers with orders, pricing, and other general enquiries.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries received through calls, emails, and other communications.
  • Report on activities every fortnight.
