Qualifications & experience

  • QBCC Builders or supervisors license preferable.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in residential and/or commercial construction supervision.
  • Experience with roof replacements highly regarded.
  • Strong computer literacy.
  • Prime Ecosystem experience will be viewed favorably.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional presentation and conduct.
  • Current driver's licence – essential.
  • Proven ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, overseeing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Honest, reliable, and self-motivated.
  • Solid understanding of construction-related OH&S legislation.
  • Strong working knowledge of QBCC legislation and compliance requirements.

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Supervise jobs from commencement through to completion, ensuring quality and compliance.
  • Prepare accurate estimates and quotes for construction and repair works.
  • Conduct building inspections and prepare assessment reports.
  • Coordinate and manage all trades and subcontractors required to complete each job.
  • Liaise with clients and trades to ensure timely, high-quality project delivery.
  • Handle dispute resolution and manage objections professionally to maintain client satisfaction.
  • Ensure all work meets legislative, regulatory, and QBCC compliance standards.
