Over recent years, we have successfully diversified in Australia and New Zealand through the development of an e-commerce marketplace for Thermomix accessories and premium kitchenware.

The Opportunity

We're on the lookout for a dedicated, enthusiastic, and motivated individual to join our Balcatta, Perth Service Centre as a Service Technician. This is a casual role, and we're offering the flexibility of 22.5 – 37.5 hours per week.

This is an incredible opportunity for someone who is passionate about learning and looking to start their career in a technical field. No previous experience is necessary — just a great attitude and a willingness to learn. We'll provide comprehensive training so the successful candidate can become confident and capable in servicing and repairing our industry-leading products.

  • Get hands-on servicing and repairing Thermomix and Kobold vacuums
  • Be an integral part of our stocktakes and keep things running smoothly
  • Follow work health and safety practices to keep everyone safe and sound
  • Engage with customers, providing them with expert advice on servicing outcomes and processes
  • Support warehouse operations, assisting with the full incoming and dispatch lifecycle

What we're looking for:

  • Prior experience in a production or service environment is highly valued
  • Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude — experience as a service technician is a plus
  • Proficiency in the safe operation of hand and battery-powered tools
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with a logical and analytical approach
  • A positive, cooperative attitude with effective verbal and written skills
  • Physical capability of lifting up to 15kg and standing for prolonged periods
  • A forklift license is preferred, though we may provide training to the right candidate
