The Role

As a Full-Time Sales Representative, you will:

  • Drive business development
    by identifying and converting new sales opportunities across the Pool Builder, Service Technician, and Retail channels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships
    with customers, consistently delivering outstanding service and tailored solutions.
  • Promote our premium product range
    —selling high-performance pumps, filters, chlorinators, controllers, heaters, and accessories—helping customers choose total solutions from Waterco and Davey's portfolio.
  • Plan and manage sales activities
    including call scheduling, account management, and data-driven decision making using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Engage with the industry
    at exhibitions and trade shows, confidently representing Waterco and Davey and responding to customer enquiries.

About You

We are seeking candidates who offer:

  • Experience in sales, customer service, or technical trades (e.g., pool service technician, plumber, mechanic).
  • Technical aptitude and enthusiasm for outdoor, hands-on work directly with customers.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
  • A results-oriented approach, with strong organisation and attention to detail.
  • Ability to understand and articulate the benefits of technical products.
