Enabling Pathways is seeking a driven and experienced NDIS Operations Manager to lead our Care division. This is not a desk-only role — it's hands-on, fast-paced, and best suited to someone who thrives when juggling competing priorities, driving positive outcomes, and making a real difference in the lives of participants and employees.

About the Role

As the NDIS Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of our NDIS services, ensuring they remain compliant, participant-centred, and aligned with our values.

You will:

  • Supervise and mentor team leaders and frontline employees, including performance reviews and workforce planning.
  • Collaborate with participants, families, external organisations, and stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes and build participant independence.
  • Provide guidance and oversight to ensure participants receive high-quality, consistent supports tailored to their individual needs.
  • Oversee rosters, timesheets, and workforce systems to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and continuity of support.
  • Lead HR matters within the team, conducting investigations, addressing employee issues, and working closely with internal and external HR advisors.
  • Identify training needs, coordinate development programs, and maintain accurate records for compliance and reporting.
  • Drive service improvements through audits, feedback systems, and pilot initiatives.
  • Be a visible leader across service sites through house visits, service audits, and active engagement with employees and participants.
  • Manage compliance reporting, operational risks, and improvement recommendations.
  • Take part in on-call responsibilities, ensuring care is always delivered, urgent operational needs are met, and stepping in personally where required to support participants and employees.
  • Ensure continuity of care and urgent operational needs are met by providing on-call coverage and stepping forward where needed to guarantee participants and employees receive consistent support.

What We're Looking For

We are looking for an experienced leader who can confidently manage both people and systems.

You will need to:

  • Have proven leadership experience in NDIS, disability, or community services.
  • Bring order, clarity, and strong leadership to a fast-paced environment.
  • Balance fast-moving priorities while keeping sight of long-term goals.
  • Be comfortable making tough decisions and backing them with sound judgement.
  • Bring strong skills in compliance, reporting, and continuous improvement.
  • Be ready to roll up your sleeves and work alongside your team when needed.

Compliance & Qualifications

This role requires the following curent checks, training, and qualifications (or a willingness to obtain them):

  • QLD Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
  • NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
  • First Aid & CPR certification
  • National Police Check
  • Traffic History Report
  • Completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Modules
  • Infection Control & PPE Training
  • Minimum Certificate III in Individual Support (or a related qualification in disability, community, or health services)
