Role Overview

As a Digital Strategist at Caalano Digital, you will spearhead strategy development, working closely with clients to scale their businesses through cutting-edge digital marketing techniques. You will manage hands-on campaign execution, ensuring that Google Ads and Meta Ads are optimized to deliver on the client's business goals. You'll play a vital role in driving results through data-driven insights, and work closely with a team of high performers in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies that deliver breakthrough growth for eCommerce and service-based clients
• Manage client relationships and handle inquiries, ensuring all client needs are addressed
• Design, execute, and optimize ad campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads, focusing on full-funnel growth and lead generation
• Monitor campaign performance, ensuring KPIs are met and exceeded
• Collaborate with Media Buyers to craft and scale high-performance strategies
• Prepare and review reports, providing key insights into campaign performance and optimization
• Support the Head of Growth in enhancing client retention strategies
• Stay on top of industry trends and platform changes to ensure cutting-edge strategies for clients
• Collaborate with the greater team to ensure cohesive messaging and alignment across all campaigns
• Lead creative testing and scaling processes, ensuring high-performance creatives are optimized for maximum growth

Who You Are

• A digital marketing expert with 2+ years of hands-on experience in managing Google Ads and Meta Ads for both eCommerce and lead generation campaigns
• Previous experience in a digital agency is highly preferred
• Strong understanding of marketing metrics and how they drive business results
• Proven experience managing client-facing roles, with an ability to build strong relationships and trust
• Proficient in funnel strategy, campaign management, and scaling successful campaigns
• Highly organized and self-motivated, with excellent attention to detail and a drive to continuously improve
• Experience with CRM management is a plus, with an understanding of the sales cycle to help clients close more deals beyond just generating leads
