**The Role**:
We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a full-time Program Coordinator. This position is 38 hours per week, with a hybrid work model of remote and in-person work at our Hornsby or Hills campus.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

- Coordinate and optimise class schedules to drive the growth of student numbers in small group programs
- Identify new program opportunities that support ongoing student enrollment growth
- Serve as a point of contact for students, parents, and teachers to ensure high-quality educational experiences
- Support the Campus Operations team with task management and work allocation
- Process teacher leave requests, monitor substitute coverage, and ensure classes are adequately staffed throughout teacher absences.
- Review teacher performance data and student feedback to identify areas for professional development
- Manage the teacher allocation and workflow for Art of Smart workshops and seasonal programs to ensure they are well-organised and effectively meet the needs of students and families.
- Coordinate the program enrollment fees to optimise participation and revenue.

**About You**:

- 3+ years of experience in customer service and administration
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve minor issues with mínimal assistance
- Self-motivated to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment
- Experience with course coordination and scheduling
- Exceptional telephone communication skills and the ability to provide outstanding customer support
- Proficient computer skills and a quick learner of new platforms
