Full Time Opportunity
The Digital Performance Manager will oversee Greenstone's digital performance activities across key brand and products under their team's portfolio.
The Successful Candidate Will
- Be a vital conduit between Brand, Creative and Analytics teams to deliver continuous performance across all digital channels from SEM and Social, Performance Display and Affiliate partnerships
- Combine their knowledge of digital platforms with business principles to direct creative that resonates with customers and meets brand guidelines
- Ensure our digital investments deliver against key metrics including CPL/CPA targets, lead volumes, and achieving revenue and profit goals
- Devise a framework to achieve success and lead their team and other key stakeholders to deliver on this strategy
- Continually test and learn new channels to diversify our channel mix, stay relevant, maximise our reach, whilst ensuring we are maximising performance and driving incremental leads/profits
The Digital Performance Manager will have a passion for performance, strong communication skills, and broad knowledge of digital marketing and emerging technologies. The successful candidate will be ready to take the next step in their career and apply their knowledge at an enterprise level with budgets to match.
What are we looking for?
- 3+ years' experience in digital marketing and 2+ years in a comparable leadership role
- Tertiary level qualifications (e.g. bachelor's degree or higher) in a relevant marketing or business discipline
- Proficient with Performance Marketing best practices and preferably Google Ads, Facebook & Microsoft Ads certified
- Extensive digital marketing experience combined with a broad range of channel experience in digital marketing in service-based companies, preferably in financial services
- Proven negotiation and relationship development experience and the ability to manage stakeholders
- Proven ability to manage budgets and ensure value in marketing expenditure
- Experience in developing project roadmaps, reporting and creative testing plans
- Strong analytical skills and ability to relate results to business objectives
- Demonstrable passion for social media and/or programmatic display, and its development in the market
- Self-motivated and thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Creative strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial approach
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel
- Has previously managed a testing roadmap or project manages the development of LPs and Creative assets
Desirable
- Digital Marketing qualifications, Analytics or other digital performance platforms
- Experience in the management of a multi-brand and multi-product digital marketing strategy
- Experience in affiliate, social and email marketing
- JIRA or similar project/task management software
