About the role

Norwest Prosthodontics & Implantology is seeking an experienced Dental Receptionist / Front Office Coordinator to join our busy, growing dental practice in Norwest, NSW. This full-time role is essential in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our dental clinic.

What you'll be doing

  • Welcoming and greeting patients in a friendly and professional manner
  • Scheduling and managing patient appointments efficiently
  • Handling patient inquiries and coordinating with the dental team
  • Maintaining accurate patient records and managing patient information
  • Processing payments, invoices and insurance claims
  • Ordering and managing dental supplies and inventory
  • Providing general administrative support to the dental team

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a dental or medical reception role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with patients
  • Excellent organisational and multi-tasking abilities
  • Proficient in using dental practice management software and Microsoft Office
  • Understanding of dental procedures and terminology
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently
  • A friendly, professional and customer-focused attitude
