We're seeking a reliable and professional Customer Service Representative to join our busy call centre team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building rapport with customers and thrives in a structured, supportive environment. Retail or call centre experience is required for this role.

You don't need automotive knowledge – what's important is your strong communication skills, proven customer service background and commitment to delivering excellent outcomes.

Candidates from call centres, retail or other customer-facing roles are encouraged to apply. 

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage customer enquiries and complaints from start to resolution
  • Proactively engage with customers throughout the vehicle ownership lifecycle (inbound & outbound)
  • Deliver fast, professional service across phone, email, and online channels
  • Achieve service KPIs while ensuring a positive customer experience
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction

*What You Can Expect:*

  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm
  • Pay: $35.15ph + super
  • Type: Temp ongoing – with the opportunity to go permanent
  • Location: Norwest, 2153 (hybrid/WFH available after probation)
