We are an Australian owned supermarket chain currently operating three stores in Victoria with more openings planned across the country very soon, we operate the core of our business via online platforms, sourcing for customers and sales through online stores. It's a vibrant fun and exciting fast paced business with high demand for the grocery products. We are currently seeking a proactive and highly organised Office Manager to oversee our administrative operations and support the smooth running of our head office located in Eltham, Victoria. We are an evolving company with expansions in online live stream website sales and expanding into other states in Asutralia in the near future. It's a small team of around 10-15 staff and we are looking for the right person to fit our culture and team.

As the Office Manager you will manage the daily operations of the office. This role ensures that administrative and operational processes run smoothly, providing exceptional support to both internal teams and external clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Staff management (rosters, timesheets, day to day staff tasks)
  • Customer service
  • Logistics (packing and labels)
  • Lay-bys
  • Shopify management
  • Inventory control in office
  • Upkeep of office
  • Consignment processing
  • Daily admin
  • Live sale assisting
  • Tech proficient in Canva, Klaviyo, Shopify and Excel
  • Managing relationships with vendors, service providers, and landlord, ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time
  • Manage office budgets, accounts, and expenditures, ensuring cost efficiency and compliance with financial procedures
  • Provide administrative support to senior management and contribute to strategic planning initiatives
  • Ensuring the office is running smoothly and routinely.

Job Type: Full-time
