Scope Cleaning and Maintenance Services Pty Ltd is a dynamic, growing company specialising in commercial cleaning. Our clients include major construction companies.

We are looking for an Office Manager to be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the day-to-day administrative operations of the business and ensuring the office runs efficiently by managing staff, resources, and systems, maintaining compliance with organisational and legislative requirements, and supporting management in achieving operational goals. The position requires strong organisational, leadership, and communication skills to maintain a productive and well-functioning workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities:

· Coordinate and oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of the business

· Manage the effective allocation of office resources, including staff, workspace, and equipment, to maintain smooth daily operations

· Supervise and guide administrative staff by assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and fostering a productive work environment

· Oversee the maintenance of accurate office records, accounts, and administrative systems

· Review and provide feedback on office paperwork relating to contracts and services provided with reference to data recorded

· Liaise with internal teams, management, and external stakeholders to coordinate office activities and resolve operational matters

· Ensure all office equipment, systems, and supplies are properly maintained and fit for purpose

· Promote and monitor compliance with workplace health and safety requirements and company policies

· Implement and maintain office procedures to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and organisational standards

· Assist with personnel-related functions, including overseeing onboardings, staff training, payroll coordination, and general supervision.

  • Strong planning, organisation and execution skills

  • Ability to work well under pressure

  • Effective communication skills with proven ability to work as part of a team

  • Knowledge of workplace legislation, compliance, and administrative best practices

  • Ability to problem-solve and implement process improvements

  • Proficiency in office management software and tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
