An exciting opportunity exists for a Senior Product Manager to play a key role in a major real-time payments (NPP) transformation program. The business is embarking on a full-scale payments and working capital transformation, beginning with an RFP process to select a new payments platform provider.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end RFP process: workshops, requirements gathering, vendor assessment, and governance support.
  • Act as the payments SME, guiding a team with limited internal payments experience.
  • Collaborate with Product and Architecture to shape strategy and drive delivery.
  • Produce documentation aligned with regulatory and audit standards (CPS 230, procurement).
  • Define the payments platform strategy and roadmap, then support transition into execution and implementation.
  • Provide authority, structure, and leadership in a greenfield transformation environment.

About You

  • Deep experience in payments transformation (real-time payments / NPP).
  • Proven track record delivering end-to-end payments implementation projects.
  • Understanding of working capital solutions and integration with payments.
  • Experienced in regulated, audited environments (CPS 230, governance).
  • Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Confident operating autonomously in an evolving environment.
