About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own and drive loyalty and partnerships at EatClub. This is a strategic, high-impact role at the intersection of user experience, operational efficiency and revenue growth.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Owning the end-to-end product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our partner experience.
  • Deeply understanding the needs of our partners, from enterprise groups to small independents.
  • Go to market for our new loyalty program, measuring impact and driving iterations through qualitative and quantitative insight.
  • Working closely with engineering, design, account management, sales, operations and data to ship features that make it easier and more valuable for customers and our partners
  • Coordinating internal and external stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and aligned with stakeholder needs..
  • Balancing short-term impact with long-term investment in foundational capabilities.

You'll be measured by the impact your work has on customer lifetime value and also how much value this drives for our restaurant network.

About You

  • You have 5+ years of product management experience in an agile environment
  • You've owned and scaled B2B or marketplace products
  • You're deeply curious about users and thrive on solving complex, ambiguous problems.
  • You're comfortable working with data to form hypotheses, make decisions and measure outcomes.
  • You're a strong communicator, collaborator and can influence across levels and functions.

  • Have experience in hospitality tech or two-sided marketplaces.
  • Have worked in a fast-paced startup or scale-up environment.
  • Have led 0-to-1 initiatives or owned full-stack product surfaces.
