- Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals.
- Lead product discovery to validate problems and de-risk solutions before scaling.
- Engage deeply with customers to uncover insights and opportunities.
- Translate customer needs and product strategy into clear, actionable R&D requirements.
- Prioritize outcomes over outputs—focus on solving problems, not just shipping features.
- Own the product's business case, profitability, and lifecycle.
- Collaborate across engineering, design, marketing, and sales to deliver value.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and partnerships to enhance the product ecosystem.
- Develop go-to-market strategies and support commercial execution.
- Monitor product performance and continuously iterate based on feedback and market dynamics.
- Represent the product at industry events and conferences.

Responsabilités principales
- Définir et exécuter la vision, la stratégie et la feuille de route produit en cohérence avec les objectifs de l'entreprise.
- Mener la phase de découverte produit pour valider les problématiques et réduire les risques avant le passage à l'échelle.
- Collaborer étroitement avec les clients pour identifier des besoins et opportunités.
- Traduire les besoins clients et la stratégie produit en exigences claires pour la R&D.
- Prioriser les résultats plutôt que les livrables — se concentrer sur la résolution de problèmes, pas uniquement sur les fonctionnalités.
- Gérer le business case, la rentabilité et le cycle de vie du produit.
- Travailler en collaboration avec les équipes d'ingénierie, de design, de marketing et de vente pour maximiser la valeur.
- Évaluer les technologies émergentes et les partenariats pour enrichir l'écosystème produit.
- Développer des stratégies de mise sur le marché et soutenir l'exécution commerciale.
- Suivre les performances du produit et itérer continuellement en fonction des retours et de l'évolution du marché.
- Représenter le produit lors d'événements et conférences sectorielles.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field.
- 5+ years in product management, including 3+ years leading complex B2B or industrial software products.
- Proven ability to prioritize and validate solutions based on evidence.
- Experience in energy, utilities, smart grid, or device management is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with AI/ML, cloud platforms, and SaaS.
- MBA preferred.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
- Fluent in English (written & oral), knowledge of French a plus.

Profil recherché
- Diplôme en ingénierie, commerce ou domaine connexe.
- Minimum 5 ans d'expérience en gestion de produit, dont au moins 3 ans sur des produits logiciels complexes B2B ou industriels.
- Capacité avérée à prioriser et valider des solutions sur la base de preuves concrètes.
- Expérience dans les secteurs de l'énergie, des services publics, des réseaux intelligents ou de la gestion d'équipements fortement appréciée.
- Connaissance des technologies IA/ML, des plateformes cloud et des modèles SaaS.
- MBA apprécié.
- Maîtrise des méthodologies Agile.
- Maîtrise de l'anglais (oral et écrit) indispensable.
