What we are looking for
Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for building relationships and driving growth in the aged care, disability, and allied health sectors? Thrive Care Group is seeking a dynamic Business Development and Community Engagement Lead to drive our expansion efforts across our trusted brands.
In this role you will identify new opportunities, build lasting partnerships, and support our General Managers in achieving ambitious growth targets. This is a hands-on, relationship-focused role where your ability to connect, communicate, and convert will make a real difference.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across aged care, disability, and allied health sectors.
- Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients, referral partners, and community stakeholders.
- Lead outreach efforts, attend expos and industry events, and represent Thrive Care Group with professionalism and empathy.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop lead generation campaigns and promotional materials.
- Provide market intelligence and competitor insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Support General Managers with growth reporting, sales tools, and brand advocacy training.
About You
- Demonstrated experience in business development, preferably in community services.
- Proven success in lead generation, relationship management, and event planning.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and lead tracking tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of aged care, disability, or allied health sectors and their compliance frameworks.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Willingness to travel and attend after-hours events as needed.
- Current Police Check, two doses of COVID-19 and annual Influenza vaccinations, and a valid driver's licence.
