About the Opportunity

We're reviewing our operational structure and are seeking an experienced Property Manager to support the continued growth of our residential platform in Victoria.

A leading residential living group is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee a premium apartment portfolio in Victoria. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who values exceptional resident experience, operational excellence, and proactive financial management.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of leasing, working closely with a dedicated Leasing Agent to drive enquiry conversion, occupancy, and rent growth
  • Manage rent collection and arrears, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution in line with company policy and tenancy legislation
  • Conduct inspections, prepare condition reports, and coordinate maintenance and contractor works
  • Maintain strong resident relationships and deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experience
  • Support community engagement and retention initiatives within the building
  • Prepare and contribute to monthly financial and operational reporting

About You

  • Proven experience in residential property management (Build-to-Rent or traditional property management)
  • Strong knowledge of Victorian tenancy legislation and arrears management
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills
  • High attention to detail with strong organisational and time-management abilities
  • A proactive, accountable, and solutions-focused mindset
