Internal Administrator – Mobilisation

Tecside is growing, and we're looking for an
Internal Administrator
to support our recruitment and mobilisation functions. This is a dynamic and fast-paced opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a passion for supporting a busy team.

Your Role Will Include:

Mobilisation

  • Booking pre-employment medicals and inductions
  • Conducting reference checks
  • Compiling and sending mobilisation packs to clients or uploading to relevant systems

Compliance

  • Ensuring all onboarding documentation and requirements are completed prior to mobilisation
  • Verifying certifications, licenses, and tickets are current and compliant
  • Maintaining up-to-date records in line with internal and external compliance standards

Team Support

  • Providing administrative support to Senior Recruitment Consultants and Account Managers
  • Handling ad-hoc tasks and internal process coordination

What We're Looking For:

  • 2–3 years' experience in administration, mobilisation, or data entry
  • Excellent
    communication
    ,
    negotiation
    , and
    organizational
    skills
  • Strong knowledge of
    recruitment software and tools
    , including Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Ability to
    work in a fast-paced environment
    and manage competing priorities
  • Understanding of
    compliance requirements
    in a recruitment or labour hire setting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
