As a Mobilisation Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing the seamless transition of personnel, equipment, and resources from one location to another. You will collaborate with project managers, field teams, and external stakeholders to ensure effective mobilisation and demobilisation activities. Your exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask will be crucial in managing the various moving parts involved in mobilisation operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and manage the logistics of mobilisation and demobilisation efforts, including transportation, accommodation, and equipment allocation.
- Collaborate with project managers, field personnel, and external vendors to ensure the timely mobilisation and deployment of resources.
- Maintain accurate records of personnel and asset movements, ensuring compliance with relevant documentation and regulations.
- Develop and distribute mobilisation schedules, itineraries, and resource allocation plans.
- Assist in sourcing and procuring necessary equipment and supplies for mobilisation projects.
- Work closely with HR and administration departments to ensure all personnel have the required certifications, training, and documentation prior to mobilization.
- Monitor and report on mobilisation progress, proactively identifying and addressing any issues or delays.
- Provide administrative support to the mobilisation team, including data entry, document management, and generating reports.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in administrative or logistics, site roles, preferably in a mobilisation or project management environment.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling effective collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including MS Office Suite and database management.
- Keen attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
