About Us

We're a growing construction and tiling company delivering high-quality residential and commercial projects across Victoria. Our team is professional, detail-oriented, and dedicated to providing excellent results for every client.

We're now looking for a motivated Project Administrator who can support our Project Managers and site teams to ensure everything runs smoothly — from paperwork to procurement.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Assist Project Managers with daily coordination and project administration
  • Manage procurement of materials, purchase orders, and delivery schedules to job sites
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, job registers, and schedules
  • Track project costs, invoices, and progress payments
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to keep projects on schedule
  • Support WHS documentation and compliance requirements
  • Handle general office and administrative tasks

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a project administration or coordination role (construction/trades preferred)
  • Fluent in both Korean and English – essential for liaising with suppliers and clients
  • Excellent organisational skills and high attention to detail
  • Confident communicator with strong people skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and project management software
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Has full driver's license and own vehicle required
