We're hiring a Construction Administration Cadet to join our team at Beck Project Group You'll gain hands-on experience in commercial construction, working on real projects while developing a strong foundation in procurement, coordination, and supplier management.

This is a flexible, paid role ideal for someone currently studying Construction Management (or similar) who's ready to step into the industry and learn from a close-knit, fast-moving team.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Assist with project coordination, procurement, and documentation
  • Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors across both construction
  • Support our project and site teams with day-to-day tasks
  • Work across diverse projects with exposure to both office and site

What We're Looking For

  • Currently studying Construction Management or a related degree
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Confident, sociable communicator who can take initiative
  • Organised, curious, and ready to learn
  • Available ~4 days per week (we're flexible with university schedules)
