Dashing is currently seeking an exceptional Project Administrator, with exposure to a dynamic industry. The Project Administrator will play a key role in the Sales Team, reporting to the Head of Melbourne and Team Leader Sales Support.

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting a Dashing Account Director with sales projects and orders. You will oversee the order to delivery/ install. You will guide clients through the process and keep them abreast of their project. You will ensure the Account Director is looped in on any major developments or setbacks with the order.

As the Project Administrator, you will be comfortable perusing more than one project at once and have clear communication with clients, suppliers, and installers: being upbeat, positive, and innovative.

You will be the conduit of information. You will be willing to put in the hard work achieving exceptional results for clients, whilst also being able to maintain a happy work-life balance.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**:

- Nurturing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, suppliers, Studio, Production and installers
- Build strong relationships with fellow Dashers to support the effective delivery of client projects /orders
- Keeping up to date with the industry and competitive landscape
- Facilitating communication with Clients
- To communicate with clients in a non-technical and jargon free way
- Joining briefing meetings when required
- Updating internal and external WIPS
- Scheduling in jobs with production and keeping schedules up to date
- Following-up internal and external enquiries
- Managing and escalating client enquiries
- Achieving set OKRs while maintaining excellent quality
- Looking for ways to improve the customer experience
- Consistently seeking to improve business processes and efficiencies
- Work in collaboration with all teams at Dashing
- Performing data management tasks for sales figures and other relevant information and maintaining an organised and accessible filing system
- Assisting in creating innovative product based proposals
- Analysing, organising and managing information and data
- Researching and preparing reports and other documents to facilitate communication
- Provide advice on policy, business and organisational methods.
- Issuing purchase orders, tracking production and scheduling jobs
- Creating and processing orders in a timely manner to ensure customer and account manager satisfaction
- Basic design of presentations using beginner photoshop & Canva
- Attending meetings and maintaining records
- Providing sales quotes to the Sales Team
