At SNDYS The Label, we're a leading Australian fashion brand recognised for our effortlessly chic designs and global presence. We are looking for an organised, hands-on Warehouse Assistant / Picker Packer to join our growing team and help deliver a seamless customer experience.

What You'll Do:


• Picking & Packing: Accurately pick and pack customer orders, ensuring items meet SNDYS quality standards.


• Stock Counts & Inventory: Assist with daily and weekly stock counts, keeping inventory accurate and up to date.


• Inbound & Outbound Logistics: Receive deliveries, process incoming stock, and prepare outbound shipments.


• Quality Control: Inspect items for faults or discrepancies, maintaining our high product standards.


• Returns Processing: Manage customer returns in line with company policy, ensuring timely resolutions.


• Customer Care Support: Assist with queries relating to warehouse operations, returns, or stock availability.


• General Warehouse Duties: Keep the warehouse space organised, clean, and safe.

About You:


• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling stock.


• Reliable, proactive, and able to work both independently and in a team.


• Good communication skills with a problem-solving mindset.


• Previous warehouse or logistics experience is desirable but not essential.


• A genuine interest in fashion and being part of a fast-paced e-commerce brand is a plus
