Aeris Health Pty Ltd is a fast-growing pharmaceutical distribution company committed to excellence, innovation, and compliance. We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Assistant to lead our Sydney facility and drive operational success. This is a key leadership position where you will oversee the efficiency of warehouse operations while supporting and developing our dedicated team.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and continuously improve daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and compliance.
- Ensure the facility meets all inspection, audit, and safety standards.
- Manage material requirements, procurement, and system reporting.
- Handle product deviations, facility maintenance, and construction needs where required.
- Ensure compliance with Work Health and Safety regulations, including regular audits and SOP adherence.
- Lead, train, and motivate the warehouse team, including performance management and recruitment/onboarding.
- Manage shipping/receiving operations, daily cycle counts, and troubleshoot customs/shipping documentation issues.
About You
- Minimum 3 years' warehouse experience (leadership preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to learn quickly.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Pharmaceutical industry and/or cGMP experience highly desirable.
- Experience with quality management systems and WMS platforms.
- Physically capable of lifting heavy materials.
