Key Responsibilities

  • Stock Management

  • Receive, check, and unpack incoming stock deliveries.

  • Accurately record and store inventory in the correct locations.
  • Assist with regular stocktakes and cycle counts.
  • Report discrepancies or damaged stock to management.

  • General Warehouse Operations

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment.

  • Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, trolleys) safely and responsibly.
  • Follow all workplace health and safety (WHS) procedures.

  • Team Support

  • Assist store teams with product requests and stock enquiries.

  • Work collaboratively with the Floor Managers and other staff.
  • Support seasonal/peak periods with extra duties as required (e.g., large deliveries, sale preparation).
