About the role

As a Warehouse Assistant at AMG Parts, you will play a vital role in supporting the efficient operation of our busy warehouse and distribution centre located in Hornsby, NSW. This is a casual position, offering flexible work hours to suit your lifestyle. The position can lead into a full time position when completing three months probation.

What you'll be doing

  • Receiving, unpacking and sorting incoming stock deliveries
  • Picking, packing and dispatching customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Maintaining a clean, organised and safe warehouse environment
  • Assisting with inventory management and stock control
  • Supporting the wider warehouse and logistics team as required

What we're looking for

  • Experience working in a warehousing or logistics environment, preferably in a similar role
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems or inventory control software would be an advantage
  • The ability to lift and move heavy items, and work on your feet for extended periods
