The Role
We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator / Coordinator to join our team. This role is central to keeping our operations running smoothly and supporting both management and staff across multiple areas of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office administration tasks
- Raise and process invoices & purchase orders
- Assist with supply chain management
- Coordinate freight and scheduling requirements
- Support staff management and team coordination
- Maintain efficient office systems and records
- Be willing to drive our company van to collect goods from local supply chain.
Proficiency
- Must be familiar with Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with Xero will be highly regarded
- Understand basic finance related calculations
- Strong written English skills
- Must have Full Australian Driver's Licence
About You
- Minimum 1–3 years' experience in an administration or coordination role
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- A proactive approach with a strong sense of urgency is essential.
- Confident communicator, able to liaise across teams and with suppliers
- Takes pride in your work and brings a can-do attitude
- Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently as well as in a team
