As our business grows, we're looking for a passionate Receptionist / Customer Experience Manager to join our professional and friendly admin team.


Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Acting as the first point of contact—greeting and assisting customers with warmth and professionalism
  • Answering and directing incoming phone calls
  • Coordinating incoming and outgoing mail
  • Ordering and managing stationery and printing supplies
  • Completing general admin duties such as printing, filing, scanning, and photocopying
  • Running errands and supporting additional administrative tasks as needed

  • Leading the customer experience journey across multiple brands and ensuring compliance with brand-specific programs including:

  • Isuzu Care

  • Mitsubishi Customer One
  • BYD Experience Manager
  • Proactively identifying ways to enhance the customer experience and satisfaction
