About the Role

As our Receptionist, you'll play a key role in creating a positive first impression for our clients and visitors. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Welcoming clients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanour.
  • Managing incoming calls and relaying messages promptly and accurately.
  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Overseeing records management and general accounts tasks.
  • Coordinating meeting room bookings and maintaining tidy, professional spaces.
  • Purchasing office supplies and ensuring the reception area is well-maintained.
  • Assisting with administrative and marketing tasks to support the firm.
