Role Description

We're looking for a full time HR Administrator to join our People and Culture Team. This role supports the People and Culture Manager in delivering Alchemy's P&C function, coordinating end-to-end administration across the employee lifecycle; including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and compliance.

As part of the People and Culture team, you will:

  • Maintain accurate employee records across the HR Information System
  • Ensure data integrity and compliance with Alchemy policies
  • Prepare and review employment contracts and employment changes
  • Be a point of contact for HR-related queries
  • Support HR projects and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
  • Support initiatives that enhance culture, engagement, learning and development, and the promotion of Alchemy's employee value proposition (EVP)

Qualifications

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business or Commerce or a related field
  • A basic level of experience in Human Resources, preferably gained through a short-term role, internship, or placement or similar is desirable.
  • Strong IT skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • A high level of discretion when handling confidential information
  • Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities with growing experience in project coordination
