**THE ROLE**
A fast-paced full-time **Human Resources Administration Assistant** role within the People & Culture team. This role has the following duties:
- General administrative support for the People & Culture team
- Back-end recruitment admin duties
- Assisting People and Culture Manager in daily activities
- Supporting & maintaining HR and recruitment platforms to ensure maximum engagement
- Collate qualifications and checks for new and current employees
- **Initially a 3-Month contract but with high likelihood of going permanent**:
**WHAT YOU HAVE**
- Proven experience in **HR administration/recruitment/resourcing** preferable
- Strong Microsoft Office skills - **Word & Excel**:
- Relevant tertiary qualification beneficial - Completed or working towards Or transferrable work experience
- Positive can-do attitude with a general love for everything HR
- Ability to problem solve and think "outside the box"
- Excellent communication skills - ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders a must
