Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager, located in the Greater Brisbane Area. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and workforce planning. The role involves developing and implementing HR policies, managing training and development programs, and fostering an inclusive workplace culture. The successful candidate will collaborate with leadership and employees to align HR strategies with organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Workforce Planning
  • Strong knowledge in Employee Relations, Compliance, and Policy Development
  • Skills in Performance Management and Employee Training and Development
  • Ability to manage HR operational tasks such as payroll administration or benefits coordination
  • Proficiency in communication, problem-solving, and fostering collaborative work environments
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in a managerial HR role and familiarity with Australian labor laws is an advantage
