About the role -
The Accreditations Administrator will be responsible for managing the process required to get our brokers accredited with our lender panel as well as maintaining systems, documents and lender process changes for the business. The role is critical in minimising the downtime required for a new broker to achieve productivity while also providing guidance and support to ensure a smooth transition into our business.
Key Responsibilities -
- Accurately prepare lender accreditation related documentation for broker completion
- Facilitate the completion of the accreditation documents for new and existing brokers within the network
- Submit all required documents to the lenders with a focus on both speed and accuracy
- Manage the accreditation process with both the broker and the lender to ensure broker accreditations are received in a timely manner and brokers are kept informed of their progress
- Maintain the data integrity of accreditation related information within our customer relationship management system
- Manage and respond to daily emails received through shared team mailboxes
- Support and assist the Onboarding Team to ensure fast and efficient broker onboarding
- Work with the lenders and our Product and Partnerships Team to ensure the network is kept up-to-date with any changes to lender requirements or processes.
- Collaborate with the National Onboarding and Agreements Team to continually look for ways to improve and develop the accreditations process to ensure we are following the best practice, and to drive these changes within the business
- Manage the updating of lender forms
- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally that come through from our Customer Care team ASK LMG

- While experience in lending is not essential, you will have a minimum of 1-2
- years customer service/ administration experience in a fast paced and challenging environment.
- You will have high attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication, outstanding customer service orientation and enjoy the challenge of working to deadlines.
