Lead a thriving, high-end dental clinic – are you an experienced Dental Practice Manager, Senior Dental Receptionist or 2IC ready to step up? Our brand-new, state-of-the-art clinic, Dentists in Dalby, opened in June 2025 and already boasts the highest patient reviews in Dalby. We offer general and high-end dentistry (including implant and surgical care) in a beautifully fitted-out practice with the latest equipment.

As our Practice Manager & Senior Dental Receptionist, you will oversee daily operations, manage the reception desk full-time and coordinate our General Anaesthetic theatre days. Supported by clinician-owners who work on site, you'll help lead a small team and maintain our outstanding patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day clinic operations, staff rosters, inventory and workflows
  • Provide exceptional front‑desk service: appointment bookings, patient communication, billing and recalls
  • Coordinate treatment plans, payment processing and theatre days
  • Maintain compliance and assist with patient management
  • Foster a high‑performing, patient-centric team culture

What You'll Bring

  • Minimum 2 years of dental practice experience (mandatory) – ideal if you've been a Practice Manager, Senior Dental Assistant, 2IC or Dental Receptionist
  • Australian work rights are mandatory for this position
  • Strong knowledge of dental procedures, terminology and patient flow
  • Confident communication and interpersonal skills; genuine care for patient experience
  • Proficiency with any dental software (e.g. D4W, Exact) and multitasking in a busy environment
  • A proactive, hands-on attitude with a desire to grow and lead
