Compass Rehab is a multi-disciplinary allied health service with clinics in Hervey Bay and Maryborough. The full-time Practice Manager position is a maternity cover role, however, we aim to keep the candidate in a high-level administration role at the conclusion of the cover.

About you:

  • Experience in management role highly desired
  • Enthusiastic and driven to provide excellent customer service
  • Ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team while completing admin tasks autonomously
  • Accurate data entry and computer skills with demonstrated time management and organisational skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior health services experience preferable
  • Prior experience in NDIS and or Aged Care processes/documentation would be considered a significant advantage
  • Experience with practice management software highly regarded
  • Ability to work in either our Hervey Bay or Maryborough Clinics as needed

General duties

  • Maintaining relationships between Compass Rehab and key referring partners
  • Managing all aspects of the day to day running of the clinic
  • Troubleshooting problems as they arise
  • Creating and maintaining patient electronic files
  • Creation of NDIS service agreements
  • Processing payments/invoices through various means
  • General office administration duties

This role is full-time offering 38 hours per week (M-F).
