We are seeking a Practice Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a specialist clinic on the Sunshine Coast. This role will suit someone who is confident, approachable and experienced in leading a small team, ensuring the practice runs efficiently and patients receive an outstanding experience from the moment they walk through the door.

About the Role

In this hands-on role, you'll be responsible for:

  • Managing the day-to-day of the reception team
  • Supporting reception and clinical staff
  • Overseeing appointment scheduling, billing and Medicare processes
  • Ensuring the practice remains compliant with relevant standards and policies
  • Liaising with patients and providing exceptional service

This role does not involve managing large teams or strategic high-level operations. It's ideal for someone who wants to be the backbone of a well-run practice.

About You

You will bring:

  • Experience working in a medical practice, allied health clinic, or hospital environment
  • Strong understanding of Medicare billing / practice management systems (e.g., What systems)
  • A calm and professional approach with excellent communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
