About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Paediatric Speech Pathologist to join our warm, collaborative team. You'll manage a varied caseload of children from toddlers to teenagers, delivering services in our well-resourced clinic as well as mobile appointments in the local area.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting assessments and therapy for speech, language, fluency, literacy, and social communication needs
  • Delivering mobile services (home, school, or childcare visits) within a local radius
  • Collaborating with families, educators, and other allied health professionals
  • Maintaining clear, accurate documentation
  • Participating in regular supervision and ongoing CPD

What We're Looking For

  • Full Australian working rights
  • Bachelor or Master's degree in Speech Pathology
  • Ideally, 1 year or more of paediatric clinical experience
  • CPSP membership with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA)
  • Current Working With Children Check (WWCC) and Police Check
  • Valid driver's licence and car (preferred)
  • Professional Indemnity and Public Liability insurance
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • A friendly, family-centred approach to care
