Bumble Bee Speech Therapy is a client-centred private practice with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality, evidence-based paediatric speech therapy. Our team supports children and families both in-clinic and in the community - including homes, schools, and preschools.

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Paediatric Speech Pathologist to join our warm, collaborative team. You'll manage a varied caseload of children from toddlers to teenagers, delivering services in our well-resourced clinic as well as mobile appointments in the local area.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting assessments and therapy for speech, language, fluency, literacy, and social communication needs
- Delivering mobile services (home, school, or childcare visits) within a local radius
- Collaborating with families, educators, and other allied health professionals
- Maintaining clear, accurate documentation
- Participating in regular supervision and ongoing CPD
What We're Looking For
- Full Australian working rights
- Bachelor or Master's degree in Speech Pathology
- Ideally, 1 year or more of paediatric clinical experience
- CPSP membership with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA)
- Current Working With Children Check (WWCC) and Police Check
- Valid driver's licence and car (preferred)
- Professional Indemnity and Public Liability insurance
- Strong communication and time management skills
- A friendly, family-centred approach to care
