We're seeking a passionate Speech Pathologist at any level who's ready to make a meaningful difference in Sydney's Western Suburbs.

Competitive salary: $100,000 to $120,000 base + $1,500 PD + bonus + Super.

Your Key Responsibilities

In this role, you'll work closely with clients and families as part of a multidisciplinary team to:

  • Deliver evidence-based Speech Pathology services for adults and/or children.
  • Lead clinical assessments and develop tailored intervention plans.
  • Collaborate with other allied health professionals to ensure coordinated care.
  • Maintain compliance with NDIS standards and preparing goal-focused client reports.
  • Stay up to date with best practice to drive ongoing clinical excellence.

What You'll Need

  • Degree-qualified Speech Pathologist with at least 2+ years of experience (adults and/or children).
  • Commitment to high clinical standards and ongoing professional development.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships.
  • Current membership with Speech Pathology Australia.
  • National Police Check, Working With Children Check / Working With Vulnerable People Check, and/or NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or willingness to obtain).
  • Current Driver's Licence and a registered, insured vehicle.
