We have a fantastic opportunity for an Speech Pathologist to join our multidisciplinary team anywhere in South East Queensland.

Who are we:
We are looking for a community based Speech Pathologist to assist clients predominantly in the NDIS paediatric space. We are a company who values holistic, patient centered care while supporting our practitioners with professional development packages. Our amazing and growing health team comprises of Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists and Allied Health Assistants. We also maintain strong ties with our other affiliated organizations that deliver Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Dietetics, Podiatry. We are looking for a passionate professional to join our team Our marketing, admin and lead generation teams promote the business to ensure you have a tailored caseload suiting your interests.

- Transitioning To The Workforce & Mentoring - Regardless of your experience or graduation date, we understand its can be quite daunting starting a new role. Through our induction (that continues past the first week), structured learning strategies and greater group support, we make the move into our role enjoyable and informative to set you up for success. You will be provided with direct supervision from our senior speech pathologist who has over 10 years of experience working with a variety of clients including complex disabilities, neurodiversity and AAC prescription.

- Carer progression - We have the capacity to offer you support with gaining more experience and knowledge whilst transitioning into a senior position, via providing you with the opportunity to up skill allied health assistants and take on students for our more senior clinicians.
- The option of a company car or car allowance.
The successful applicant will require:
- Bachelor (minimum) degree.
- Experience as a Speech Pathologist is preferable though not essential. If you're a new graduate, we would ensure you complete our extensive 12 week new grad program.
- Current Accreditation and professional indemnity insurance (or ability to obtain before employment commencement)
- Working with children check
- Ability to build and maintain rapport with patients and other health professionals
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a team environment
- Competent in computer skills and ability to learn scheduling and software programs.
- Passion for ongoing learning and progression
- Driver's license
